Polyurethane blind hole groove roller for high-speed packaging paper machine
On the basis of blind holes, increase the form of grooves, so that the opening rate increases from 19.9% to 39.4%. The increase in opening rate helps to improve the dehydration rate of paper in the pressing section. After modification, the polyurethane material has outstanding heat resistance and good ductility. There is no need to pass cooling water into the pressing roller barrel, which will reduce the operating load of the pressing roller.
The structure and working principle of shoe press
The shoe beam is the main body of the shoe pressure roller, which supports the entire shoe pressure roller, just like a human skeleton. The roller body is designed as an I-shaped structure, which can ensure the stiffness and strength of the shoe pressure roller. However, to ensure the roundness of the entire roller shape, four support beams are also uniformly set at the roller shell of the stick. There is also a row of 22 hydraulic cylinders (pressure components in the figure) installed on the shoe beam, of which six are double acting hydraulic cylinders and the remaining 16 are single acting hydraulic cylinders. These 22 hydraulic cylinders are connected to the shoe beam through threads and to the shoe through pins. There is also a row of hydraulic cylinders located symmetrically with the shoe pressure roller inside the back roller, whose main function is to fully press the shoe onto the roller surface of the back roller (the back roller is the lower roller), ensuring even pressure on the paper.

The fragile characteristics of household paper and press felts may be explained by observing the operation of high-pressure spraying water on the press felts. Many manufacturers set the pressure of high-pressure spray water for press felts at 12 bar (the vast majority of which are below 10 bar). There are still a few manufacturers who set the water pressure for high-pressure spraying at 25 bar, but high spraying water pressure is often used after the nozzle is worn. If the nozzle is not worn and excessively high water pressure is used, it can cause premature damage to the household paper and cloth.
