Life paper machine felt cleaning technology
The delicate nature of paper pulp felts used in daily life can be illustrated by observing the high-pressure water spraying operation. Many manufacturers set the pressure of the high-pressure water spraying on the felt to 12 bar (with the vast majority below 10 bar). A small number of manufacturers set the high-pressure water spraying pressure to 25 bar, but high spraying water pressure is often only used after nozzle wear. Using excessively high spraying water pressure when the nozzle is not worn will cause premature damage to the paper pulp felt used in daily life.
Structure and working principle of boot press
The shoe beam is the main body of the shoe press roll, supporting the entire shoe press roll, like a human skeleton. The roll body is designed with an I-beam structure to ensure the rigidity and strength of the shoe press roll. However, to ensure the roundness of the entire roll shape, four support beams are evenly set on the roll shell of the stick. A row of 22 hydraulic cylinders (the pressurizing components in the figure) are also installed on the shoe beam, six of which are double-acting hydraulic cylinders and the remaining 16 are single-acting hydraulic cylinders. These 22 hydraulic cylinders are connected to the shoe beam with threads and to the shoe with pins. There is also a row of hydraulic cylinders in the back roll at a symmetrical position with the shoe press roll. Their main function is to ensure that the shoe is completely pressed onto the roll surface of the back roll (the back roll is the lower roll), making the paper pressing pressure uniform.
Polyurethane blind hole grooved roller for high-speed packaging paper machine
Based on the blind hole, adding groove forms increases the perforation rate from 19.9% to 39.4%. The increased perforation rate helps to improve the dehydration rate of the paper sheet in the pressing section. After the modification, the polyurethane material has outstanding heat resistance and good ductility. Cooling water does not need to be introduced into the pressing roll cylinder, which reduces the operating load of the pressing roll.
